App tour
Founder story
PectusFit was built from lived experience.
After growing up with Pectus Excavatum, undergoing a Ravitch procedure as a child, and spending years navigating posture concerns, training uncertainty and body confidence struggles, one thing became clear:
Most fitness apps weren't built for people with Pectus.
Questions like:
- How should I train?
- Will this make my chest look worse?
- How do I improve posture?
- How do I build confidence?
rarely had clear answers.
PectusFit was created to bring together training, recovery, breathing, nutrition, progress tracking and confidence support — all in one place.
Exercise may not change anatomy — but it can change confidence, movement and quality of life.
Not a generic fitness app. Built around the realities many people with Pectus experience.
Who it's for
Wherever you are on the journey, PectusFit meets you with calm, structured support.
You want a calm, safe place to start — without aggressive advice or generic gym programmes.
You've trained for years and want something built around your chest, not against it.
You're rebuilding strength and posture and need a gentle, structured rhythm.
You're supporting someone with pectus and want tools that actually understand the experience.
