By using PectusFit you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use PectusFit.
Subscriptions
PectusFit+ is billed monthly in your local currency. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled in line with the policies of your app store or payment provider.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse PectusFit, reverse engineer the service, or use it to harm yourself or others.
Medical disclaimer
PectusFit is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or physiotherapy. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise, breathing or nutrition programme.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PectusFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
